With over 10 years in Property Management, and having held a North Carolina Real Estate License for almost 5 years, Monica is well equipped to help her clients buy, rent or sell their home. She is a member of the North Carolina Association of Realtors and Triangle Multiple Listing Service, has closed over $1 million in real estate transactions, and is currently working on obtaining a Sales License in the State of South Carolina.

One of her core beliefs is that our purpose in life is to serve one another, which is one of the driving factors in her decision to become a Real Estate professional. Additionally, her sense of strong family values drives her to go above and beyond to ensure her clients reach their end goal and are moving into the right neighborhood with every transaction.
